The contest “Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency” has been an annual event since 2000. It aims to draw public attention to the importance of solving social problems on the level of organizations, to choose the best social projects and to promote the creation of a positive social image.
The contest is an opportunity to demonstrate an active internal corporate policy, achievements in personnel management, improvement of labor conditions and protection, development of social partnership, promotion of a healthy lifestyle and so on.
