The  36-th Session of the Working Party on Private Pensions (WPPP) was held from 6 to 7 June 2016 at OECD Headquarters in Paris.

On the sidelines of the Session the Joint OECD - IOPS - CEPR – The Pension Research Council – Netspar Pension Conference on Research Challenges for Global Pensions: Trends and Heterogeneity was also held on the 8th of June.

The Russian delegation on the events mentioned above was headed by State-Secretary – Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation Andrey Pudov.

The head of Russian delegation participated in discussion of presentations in Session 1: Pension choice and design: trends and heterogeneity of the Conference.

The representatives of the OECD Secretariat thanked the delegation for the active participation and useful comments during the events and expressed their readiness to work on the including of Mr. Pudov’s speech to the agenda of the next Session of WPPP in December 2016.

The Russian delegation also included representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Central Bank of the Russian Federation and Pension Fund of the Russian Federation.
